What they state — not what we have verified
On their Right to Choose homepage they describe themselves as an accredited provider of adult ADHD assessment and treatment under the NHS Right to Choose pathway in England. This site has not verified that they hold a qualifying NHS Standard Contract.
“Accredited” and “including Harrow Health” are their words. They are not our endorsement.
Their claim that the GP does not need to join shared care is their prescribing model. Choice law does not force a GP to accept shared care, and it also does not, by itself, create a duty on this clinic to keep prescribing forever. Check what they will actually do on the day.
Wait times
The homepage claims “short waiting times” for GPs but publishes no number. We have not invented a Harrow wait.

Sanity-check the contract claim
NHS England’s patient-choice guidance says the legal right, when it applies, is a choice of any clinically appropriate provider that already holds a qualifying NHS Standard Contract for the needed service with any ICB or NHS England. A qualifying contract is signed and in effect before the referral date, is for the required service, sets a location or access criteria, and is not a one-person spot purchase. Prior commissioner approval is not required when the legal right applies.
Referrers should consider ongoing care after assessment, including how the service interacts with local pathways and shared-care protocols. Harrow’s published stance is that they keep the prescribing, so a shared-care protocol with the GP is not required on their telling.
