What they state — not what we have verified
On their NHS patients page they state that specialist clinicians are approved to provide ADHD assessments through the NHS Right to Choose pathway, and that assessment is fully funded by the NHS. Publishing an ODS code is not the same as publishing a named qualifying contract. This site has not verified that they hold a qualifying NHS Standard Contract with any ICB or NHS England.
Wait snapshot (theirs, not ours)
Snapshot only. Do not generalise “no wait” nationally. Their page, current status 30 August 2026, said:
- “National Waiting Time: No Wait Outside Local ICB Restrictions” for patients outside listed ICB exceptions
- “a week or more depending on complexity at triage”
Listed exception ICBs (their wording): Greater Manchester; “Norfolk and Suffolk”; West and North London; Black Country; Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland; Lincolnshire; Lancashire and South Cumbria; Hampshire & Isle of Wight; West Yorkshire; Kent & Medway (referrals after 24 July 2026).

Sanity-check the contract claim
NHS England’s patient-choice guidance says the legal right, when it applies, is a choice of any clinically appropriate provider that already holds a qualifying NHS Standard Contract for the needed service with any ICB or NHS England. A qualifying contract is signed and in effect before the referral date, is for the required service, sets a location or access criteria (remote can count), and is not a one-person spot purchase. An ODS code and “approved pathway” wording on a clinic page do not replace those tests.
Shared care is a local professional and contractual issue. Choice law does not force a GP to accept it. Their claim that they can continue NHS prescriptions if the GP declines is their claim.
